Answers To Common Questions

What payment types are accepted?

We currently accept all major US credit cards which include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo. We also accept After pay, see further details here. We do not accept personal checks and money orders, or international forms of payment including non-US credit cards.

How will l know that my order was received?

An order confirmation will appear as the last step in your order process. Shortly after, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number and summary of your order.

How can l review my orders?

Once you have placed an order, you can review its status at any time under My Account Profile. To review past order history, go to My Account Profile then Order History. This screen will display all orders you have placed with Karseell and will include order numbers and confirmation dates.

How can l track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. You may also call Customer Service for assistance tracking your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Karseell ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska and Hawaii as well as U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam). Shipments to international destinations is not available. In order to make purchases at Karseell, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.

What is your exchange and return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. We do not do exchanges. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds.

– Select the item(s) you would like to return. Print the return label and packing slip.

– Pack your item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Please include the packing slip inside the packaging. Secure the return shipping label to the outside.

– Drop your return at a UPS location.

– Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and payment refunded, excluding the cost of shipping your return, to your original form of payment.

Are Karseell products hypo-allergenic?

Karseell does not test for or claim that our products are hypoallergenic. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us or the Karseell Consumer Affairs department at

Are there any restrictions for using Kerastase products, for instance when pregnant or on medication?

There are no specific restrictions for using our products. However, you should always consult your doctor for questions or concerns.

How can l get advice on which Kérastase products are most suited to my hair?

For the most accurate recommendation of which products are most suited to your hair type, we recommend visiting a Karseell Consultant Stylist. All are professionally trained on the diagnosis of the hair and scalp and can advise you on which Karseell products most meet your needs. How do l register and sign in?

Registering on the site not only allows you to shop on the Karseell website, but also enables you to use our personalized features such as favorites and exclusive offers. Registered customers may also opt to be part of our Karseell mailing list. Returning customers who have already completed the registration process, simply sign-in to access their existing account. You may access the registration / sign-in screen by clicking My Karseell from the top navigation.

When did your new prices go into effect?

Our new pricing took effect on January 1, 2024. You will find our newly reduced prices both in salons nationwide as well as on our website. Please note, we provide salons with a suggested retail price for all of our products, but final pricing is at their sole discretion.
